A beginner level class, enameling as an unbelievable way to add a pop of color or colors to your metal!

You will learn to navigate a professional jewelry studio including many of the tools and equipment involved in making a piece of enamel jewelry from concept to creation.

You will learn to apply Vitreous enamels to pre-cut copper pieces using a variety of Sifting wet packing, and cloisonné techniques. These pieces will then be finished in the form of pendants, earrings, etc.,

If you wish you have prior metalsmith training and wish to learn to apply enamel to your own designs this is an excellent place to start!

By the end of class you will walk away with a finished piece of jewelry (or 2) and leave confident in your ability to navigate any jewelry studio.

Basic copper and Vitreous enamel included.
