CREATE YOUR OWN WEDDING BAND WORKSHOP

Join us for an unforgettable experience at our Wedding Band Workshop, where you can design and craft your own unique wedding band. This intimate and personlized workshop is perfect for couples looking to celebrate their love with a one-of-a-kind symbol.

What’s Included

• Initial consultation
  • There will be an initial consultation at least 2 weeks prior to your workshop date. Erica will guide you in the process of designing your dream wadding band and materials will be ordered. material cost and 20% service fee are due on the day of consult.
• Private studio with private instruction
  • You will be the only couple at your workshop. This is your special day! 
• Designer and metalsmith Erica Rosenblum will guide you through the process of designing and creating your own unique precious metal wedding bands.
  • You will learn and incorporate the basic sawing, filing, forming, texturing (optional), stamping (optional), soldering and finishing techniques needed to create your one of a kind bands.
  • Choose between 14K yellow and white gold, 18K gold, and sterling silver stocks. Plan for approximately 3-5 hours of total time to complete your rings. We work at your pace so the time frame may vary depending on your speed and the complexity your designs.
    
  • Digital photos and videos capturing the process and precious moments of making your rings and all the memories you will create in doing so.
• A bottle of Champagne or Prosecco and small bites.
  • After finishing your rings you will toast to your hard work, your memories made, upcoming nuptials and the lifetime of memories you have to look forward to making together.
• Ring box to hold your rings until the big day!
  • P.S. It’s our secret if you want to wear them home.

Workshop Fee: $450/Single $700/Couple (not including ring price)

Ring Price

The ring price will vary by your choice of metal, finger size, width of band, thickness of band, the shape of the ring stock and current gold market prices.  A custom quote will be provided during your consultation that reflects the design choices you have made for your rings and current metal market prices. The material fee is based on wholesale metal market prices plus a 20% service fee.

Please be advised the price is subject to daily fluctuation with the market. Prices start around $200 for our lightest, simplest 14K yellow stock and go up from there. If you have a budget you want to work within, we can guide you toward the best options for you.

For example, a 14K Yellow gold ring will be a significantly lower price than the same ring style in 18K Yellow Gold. A wider ring for a larger finger will be a significantly different price than a dainty thin band in a smaller ring size.

Stones and Engraving

The option to add engraving is available for an additional fee. As well as the option to include stones. Stock permitting. These options take additional time so you will not be able to leave with your rings the same day, and are not available same day. Please allow 2-4 weeks for these services.
