What is Permanent Jewelry?
Permanent jewelry refers to a piece of jewelry (bracelet, necklace, anklet, or ring) that gets welded closed instead of secured with a clasp. Your jewelry is expertly tailored and makes for a perfect way to commemorate a milestone or special bond or occasion.
How Does it work?

The Process:
** Select Your Chain: Choose your favorite from our collection of 14k gold filled chains and sterling silver chains. Solid 14K and 18K chains and charms are available for special order! **

Working with Erica:
Our designer and master metalsmith Erica Rose will work with you to design your perfect, bracelet, necklace, anklet, or ring. It’s a totally safe and painless process. Erica, a master jeweler will use an ARC welder to attach your chain, creating a permanent and seamless piece. Considering that most chains used are quite small, the welding itself is the quickest part of the process. Accept no imitations! Our Machine is top of the line and is operated by a professional jeweler. We only source the highest quality materials to ensure your piece stays looking as beautiful as the day it was put on. Choose between a huge variety of sterling silver, gold filled, and solid gold (upon request) chains and charms. All our chains and charms can be worn while showering, working out or swimming without the worry of them changing color. As a master metalsmith and Jeweler Erica is also always happy to work with you to create custom charms to commemorate your milestone or special event.
Appointments
Each Appointment slot is for ONE person. The slots are scheduled for 20 minutes.
When booking, just count up the total number of items you and/or your crew (including you!) is planning to buy. For example: If it's just you, and you want 3 different bracelets = Book for 3 pieces. If 4 of you are coming, and you each want 1 bracelet = Book for 4 pieces.
If you have multiple people in your party, please reserve multiple slots.
To book an appointment at the studio or to inquire about hosting your own permanent jewelry pop-up event, please email hello@dontquityourdaydreams.com or call the studio at 561-692-3037.
FAQs
🎉What does Permanent Jewelry mean / Can I remove it?
Your permanent jewelry is only as “permanent” as you want it to be. If you decide you want to remove your jewelry, you can easily do so with a scissor or nail clipper.
Re-fusing is free for any chain that should happen to break at the welding point within 2 weeks of your appointment or if you have to have it removed for a medical reason.
After 2 weeks your jewelry can be refused for a small additional fee.
✍️$25 Deposit / Reservation Fee & Cancellations
We ask for a $25 Deposit / Reservation fee for each piece of permanent jewelry you intend to purchase. This amount will be fully credited toward your total bill.
Reservation Credit Application Example: If you pay a $25 deposit online and select an $80 Sterling Silver bracelet, the remaining balance of $65 will be due at checkout.
Appointments must be cancelled / rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
We value our designer's time, so if you miss your appointment without notifying us in advance, your $25 deposit will be non-refundable.
Of course, we understand that things happen in life, so if you can't make it just call us so that we can credit your deposit towards a new Permanent Jewelry session.
